MISS LEBANON 2012
Miss Lebanon 2012 is Rina Chibani, her twin sister Romy Chibani placed as the first runner up and Krystel Loutfi is second runner up, Elsa Maria Stephan as third runner up and Joanne Semaan as the fourth runner up. Rina Chibani beating 15 other contestants including her twin sister in a ceremony held at the Platea arena north Beirut. Georgina Rizk, former minister Ziad Baroud, Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram and Lebanese Champion Maxime Chaaya were among the 9 judge panel lists. Singer Wael Kfoury perfomed during this lavish competition.
Rina and Romy Chibani are the first Lebanese twins to have won first and second place in Miss Lebanon pageant. Rina Chibani was crowned by her predecessor Yara Khoury Mikhael Miss Lebanon 2011. As Miss Lebanon tittle holder, Rina will participate in Miss Universe that will be held in Las Vegas in December 2012.
